Homework for tonight:
(1) Read for 15 minutes
(2) Practice math addition facts with flash cards or on computer for 5 minutes.
(3) Get all back to school forms signed by parents and back to school
(4) Start work on adventure theme wall items.
(5) Practice muscle words for 5 minutes.

It is hard to believe that the summer has flown by as fast as it has. We are back to school and ready to start a great year. This year’s school theme is TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More! As students enter Room 17 this morning, they will become a part of a team. We do many great things together, as well as many special things that other classes in the school don’t get to do.
Families are part of our team. I encourage you to contact me if you have questions or concerns. I am always available by email or by telephone (email is the best way to get in touch with me though!). I will update this post as our day finishes.
It is time for a great school year!
